I’m Gemma, a video editor based in the UK, making bold, story-led content for brands, agencies and creative teams.I got into editing because I’ve always loved the way a good film can make you feel something, and I still think there’s something really satisfying about taking a load of footage and turning it into something that feels sharp, engaging and full of personality.
I love finding the rhythm in an edit, shaping a story, and making sure every little detail works hard.Most of my work sits across branded content, social and campaign projects, and I’ve worked both freelance and in-house, so I’m used to jumping between different styles, teams and timelines.
I care a lot about making work that not only looks great, but actually connects with people too.When I’m editing, I’m usually thinking about pace, feeling, music, flow and how to make something feel as strong as it possibly can.
For me, it’s always about creating videos that feel thoughtful, exciting and genuinely enjoyable to watch.
